Job summary

All American Pet Proteins in Greeley, CO is seeking a Baler to join our Warehouse team. This full-time, hourly position focuses on separating trash, feeding cardboard into a baler, and preparing finished bales for pickup.

Forklift certification is preferred or must be obtained after hire; safety rules must be followed; the role supports general warehouse cleanliness and may include basic material-handling tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Forklift certified or willing to complete forklift training.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Separate trash from incoming cardboard totes and boxes.
• Dispose of trash into the compactor safely and efficiently.
• Feed cardboard into the baler and operate the machine according to procedures.
• Tie, secure, and stage finished bales for pickup.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Follow all safety rules, PPE requirements, and equipment procedures.
• Report maintenance, safety, or equipment issues immediately.
• Complete additional warehouse or sanitation tasks as assigned.
