The role requires the ability to lift up to 70 lbs, operate pallet jacks or forklifts if possible, and work well with others in a collaborative environment. Training is provided and a strong safety mindset is valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with pallet jacks, balers, or forklifts a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.
• Positive attitude and team spirit.

Responsibilities

• Operate balers and sort recyclable materials.
• Meet production goals in a hands-on, physical role.
