Qualifications

• Experience operating a baler and bale weighing processes.
• Forklift experience and ability to load trailers.
• Pass substance abuse screening and criminal history check.
• Experience in corrugated industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate the baler and forklift.
• Weigh bales and report weights to management.
• Load trailers and take bale photos at various fill levels (empty to full).
• Record waste data in Excel and maintain accurate logs.
• Maintain housekeeping in baler room and perform basic baler maintenance.
