Job summary

International Paper in Roanoke, VA seeks a Baler Operator to count and stack finished products, read factory orders and monitor gauges. This full-time hourly role runs 7am–3:30pm, Monday to Friday, with overtime as needed.

You will perform basic shop math, complete quality and administrative documents, and assist with cleaning duties around the machine area. Reliability and attention to detail are essential.

• Candidates can count and stack finished product.
• Ability to read and interpret factory orders.
