Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience operating hand jacks, electric pallet jacks and forklifts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Powered Industrial Vehicle.
• Move materials to baling machine and load into compression chamber.
• Thread bands and secure bale; weigh and record bale weight.
• Recognize different types of waste and bale accordingly.
• Adhere to safety, SQF, and plant rules; perform other duties as assigned.
