Responsibilities include operating baler and mobile equipment, loading/unloading, completing shipping paperwork, and maintaining quality standards. Eligible candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, ability to lift 50 lbs, and prefer experience with forklifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Physical capability to bend, squat, or stoop.

Responsibilities

• Operates baler to produce packaged materials safely and efficiently.
• Operates mobile equipment (front end loader, skid steers, forklifts) as needed.
• Loads and unloads materials, may assist with shipping paperwork.
• Occasionally performs outdoor duties such as sweeping and debris removal.
• Maintains QA measures and communicates results to teams.
