Goodwill of Central and Coastal Virginia is seeking a textile bale salvage associate to operate bale and material handling equipment while maintaining safety and efficiency. You will bale salvage textiles and support a clean, compliant work environment, helping to meet salvage revenue targets.
Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and at least one year in a related field. A background check is required, and forklift certification is optional after hire.
Safely and efficiently bale non-sellable textiles for sale to salvage vendors. Operate bale and material handling equipment as needed to meet production requirements.
The associate in this position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.
