Rehrig Pacific Company, Inc. is hiring for a BALER HANDLER to join a fast-paced team focused on sustainability. You will sort recyclables, operate balers, and help prepare materials for shipment while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 70 lbs, operate pallet jacks or forklifts if possible, and work well with others in a collaborative environment. Training is provided and a strong safety mindset is valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with pallet jacks, balers, or forklifts a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.
• Positive attitude and team spirit.

Responsibilities

• Operate balers and sort recyclable materials.
• Meet production goals in a hands-on, physical role.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and quality standards.
• Support product reclamation and team operations.
