Qualifications

• At least 1 year of forklift experience required.
• Previous Baler Operator experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old due to work environment.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklift to pick up waste pallets.
• Identify waste ticket and weigh units.
• Accurately input weight on documentation.
• Place material into baler safely.
• Troubleshoot baler issues.
• Maintain housekeeping standards in plant.
• Weigh recycled bales and load onto trailers.
