Job summary

Goodwill Industries of NCPA in Williamsport, PA seeks an experienced Warehouse Associate to operate a forklift and baler, load and unload trucks, and maintain daily equipment checks. You will work to meet production quotas, ensure quality, and maintain a clean, safe work area in collaboration with the Plant and Warehouse Managers.

The role emphasizes safe operation, punctuality, teamwork, and adherence to procedures.

Qualifications

• Operate forklift safely and per specifications.
• Perform daily checks on forklift, baler, and trash compactor.
• Assist with loading/unloading trucks, pallets, and bales.
• Maintain quality and material control; keep area clean and safe.
• Coordinate with Plant/Warehouse Managers to meet production quotas.

Responsibilities

• Operate baler to produce bales as required and tie securely.
• Support weight and transport of bales; weigh as needed.
• Keep good housekeeping and safety standards in all tasks.
• Collaborate with textile sorters to maintain bale production flow.
• Follow supervisor directions and report any issues promptly.
