Qualifications

• Must hold Texas Child-Care Center Director’s Certificate or qualify for one immediately.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a licensed childcare center.
• A CDA and/or Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain full compliance with Texas Minimum Standards for Child-Care Centers and manage inspections.
• Recruit, supervise, and mentor educators while managing classroom ratios and schedules.
• Collaborate on faith-based curriculum planning for age-appropriate activities.
• Drive enrollment, maintain digital records, and manage the center's budget.
• Engage with families through regular communication, conferences, and events.
• Direct health, safety, and sanitization procedures across the facility.
