Job summary

Maker’s Pride, LLC is seeking a General Labor position to stage ingredients according to the daily production schedule. The role requires precise weighing, documentation, and operation of baking equipment on the 1st shift (4:00 AM to 12:15 PM).

Ideal candidates will have strong English communication, knowledge of GMPs/HACCP, attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs. This full-time role includes benefits and a focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English for manuals, formulas, and data recording.
• Knowledge of GMPs and HACCP programs.
• Great attention to detail in weighing and measuring ingredients.
• Sufficient math skills to calculate inputs and weigh ingredients accurately.
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs with/without assistance.
• Ability to stand and walk for most of the shift.

Responsibilities

• Weigh dry and liquid ingredients into appropriate containers.
• Record weights, ingredient names, lot numbers, and other data on the mixer log.
• Operate mixers, ovens, and other baking equipment.
• Complete and assemble QA and production documentation.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
