Job summary

King Arthur Baking Company in White River Junction, VT, is seeking a Production Generalist to safely operate production and packaging equipment, uphold GMP and food safety standards, and keep thorough production records.

You will work Monday–Friday 6:45am–3:15pm in a full-time role, with overtime as needed. The position requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a hands-on approach to continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• On-the-job training provided on company-specific processes and safety protocols.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate capability to translate prior experiences to this role.

Responsibilities

• Operate production and packaging equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect ingredients and finished goods for GMP compliance.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in production areas.
• Maintain accurate production records using required software.
• Collaborate with team to meet targets and identify improvements.
