Job summary

BakeMark USA is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to manage and grow accounts within the Charlotte, NC market, developing new business opportunities, strengthening existing customer relationships, and delivering exceptional service to customers in the baking and foodservice industries.

The role requires traveling 90–100% of the time within the local territory, identifying opportunities, and leveraging company systems to track sales and reporting.

Qualifications

• Prior sales or route sales experience is preferred.
• Baking industry experience is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Execute company sales initiatives to support BakeMark USA’s strategy of achieving and maintaining a dominant market share in the baking industry.
• Identify, develop, and secure orders to fulfill 100% of customers’ supply needs.
• Maintain and grow existing accounts while actively pursuing new business opportunities.
• Travel within an assigned local territory (approximately 90–100% travel required; occasional overnight travel may be necessary).
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong, long-term relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Utilize company systems and tools to manage accounts, track sales activity, and support reporting requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support company objectives.
