BakeMark USA is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to grow existing accounts and develop new business within the baking industry. You will execute sales strategies, increase market share, and deliver exceptional customer service to customers and suppliers in Saint Paul, MN.

The role requires extensive travel (90–100%) within the territory, with a path to move to a 100% commission plan within six months.

Qualifications

• Prior sales or route sales experience preferred.
• Baking industry experience highly desirable.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance required.

Responsabilités

• Execute company sales initiatives to support BakeMark USA’s strategy of achieving and maintaining a dominant market share in the baking industry.
• Identify, develop, and secure orders to fulfill 100% of customers’ supply needs.
• Maintain and grow existing accounts while actively pursuing new business opportunities.
• Travel within an assigned local territory (approximately 90–100% travel required; overnight travel may be necessary).
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong, long-term relationships with customers and suppliers.
