Responsibilities

• Weighs, prices, and packages customer orders.
• Understands venue menus and specials.
• Follows cash handling procedures.
• Monitors product quality and freshness; rotates stock.
• Completes spoilage and transfer records as needed.
• Arrives on time; participates in trainings and meetings.
• Provides excellent customer service; uses suggestive selling.
• Maintains sign accuracy and pricing; opens/closes as assigned.
• Reports safety hazards and violations.
• Performs other duties as assigned by leadership.
