Bakery Specialist – Full Time

Bakery Specialist responsible for delivering client and customer bakery training and retail support in the assigned territory, developing strong working relationships with in‑store and sales operations personnel.

US-SC-Greenville, US-NC-Asheville

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client and customer support by conducting store visits.
• Provide in‑store bakery training in the assigned market area.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with in‑store and sales operations personnel.
• Prepare reports and provide feedback to management as needed.
• Perform additional duties, responsibilities and activities as assigned.
• Prioritize and manage time effectively, communicating over the phone and via email.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of baking experience in areas such as donuts, dry mix, frozen dough, proof and bake, and/or cake decorating.
• Advanced cake‑decorating skills with ability to create unique and on‑trend designs.
• Advanced to master baking skills working with mix and doughs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) and smartphone usage for email.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation communication skills.
• Creative problem‑solving, project management, critical thinking, and analytical ability.
• Unquestionable work ethic, personal integrity, and honesty.
