Responsibilities

• Abide by all NBC policies and procedures.
• Uphold the NBC image and brand.
• Assist other departments when necessary.
• Introduce walk-in guests to the bakery using a Guest Tour.
• Suggest creative solutions to guests' orders.
• Suggest add-ons to enhance product experience.
• Assist phone-in guests with orders.
• Perform quality control tests during cake presentations.
• Operate and balance the POS accurately.
• Collect email addresses from guests.
• Maintain a clean retail area throughout the day.
• Dust all retail surfaces at least twice a week.
• Carry out duties assigned by team leaders.
• Track inventory and commissionable sales.
