Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming bakery atmosphere.
• Help customers locate products, reach items, and take orders at the counter.
• Monitor product freshness and supply levels during shifts.
• Prepare, finish, and replenish baked goods and manage storage.
• Maintain sanitation and a clean, organized work area at all times.
• Operate the department register and process payments where applicable.
• Support other store areas and assist with special projects as needed.
