Job summary

Quality Brand Group LLC, a Dunkin’ franchisee with locations across multiple states, seeks a Baker/Crew Member for the team. You will perform basic baking tasks, deliver friendly guest service, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Training is provided and opportunity for development toward management exists based on performance. Expect a part-time schedule with emphasis on teamwork, quality product standards, and a clean, safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Must have basic computer skills; some of the training is conducted online.
• Basic math skills to count money and make change.
• Be physically and mentally capable of learning to operate standard restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Arrive on time and ready in position at the start of your scheduled shift.
• Promote a positive team environment and respect guests.
• Receive specialized training in the baking functions and prepare donuts and other bakery products.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitization; follow safety guidelines.
• Adhere to uniform standards and store guidelines.
