Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes in Temecula, CA is seeking a Team Member to deliver joy through exceptional guest service, cake prep, frosting, and clean, organized bakery operations. You’ll engage with guests, learn NbC products, and follow precise recipes and safety guidelines.

The role requires physical work, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Previous bakery/retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service, greeting guests and assisting with orders in person and over the phone.

• Assist in preparation, baking, frosting, and packaging of cakes following recipes and safety guidelines.
• Maintain sanitation and comply with health and safety standards.
• Operate bakery equipment with precision and care.
• Keep the bakery organized and clean; perform dishwashing and cleaning tasks.
• Monitor inventory and notify management when stock is low.
• Collaborate with the team to uphold brand standards and efficient operations.
