Uncle Tetsu USA is seeking a Baker Assistant to support both front-of-house and back-of-house operations. You will greet guests, handle payments, prepare drinks at the Tea Bar, and assist in baking preparations and packaging of cakes.

The role emphasizes reliability, teamwork, and fast-paced service in a bakery environment. Essential duties include maintaining cleanliness, following local food-safety rules, and assisting the PIC as needed.

Qualificações

• Requires basic customer service skills and reliable attendance.
• Food Handler certification preferred or required by local rules, obtained at applicant's expense.

Responsabilidades

• Perform Front of House and Back of House duties as directed by PIC.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the store.
• Greet and serve Guests.
• Handle payments at the cash register.
• Prepare drinks at the Tea Bar.
• Prepare ingredients for baking, including portioning and weighing.
• Package cakes into boxes.
