Responsibilities

• Performing Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) duties as directed by the Person in Charge (PIC).
• Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of the store.
• Greeting and serving guests.
• Handling payment transactions at the cash register.
• Preparing drinks at the Tea Bar.
• Preparing ingredients for baking, including portioning, weighing, and storing.
• Packaging cakes into boxes.

Essential functions

The essential functions are not all-inclusive. Reliable attendance is required.

Education and Experience

• Some high school education.
• Preferred experience in operations and food safety (e.g., Food Handler certification at applicant’s expense).
