Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking team members to support the Bakery area by receiving and preparing product, stocking shelves, and maintaining displays to WFM standards. You will help with break-down of deliveries, ensure clean and safe working areas, and deliver friendly service to customers and fellow Team Members.

As part of the Bakery team, you will follow procedures, participate in on-the-floor operations, attend trainings, and contribute to store programs while upholding health and safety

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Committed to Whole Foods Market standards and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Ensures fresh, appealing displays by front-facing and restocking.
• Maintains clean shelves, bins, and display areas.
• Monitors product quality and communicates waste or spoilage.
• Supports sampling programs and inventory checks.
• Provides courteous customer service and uses suggestive selling techniques.
