Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club, Inc. operates a bakery department where team members proof, bake, package and display bakery goods while upholding safety and quality standards. You will assist customers, fulfill special orders, and ensure shelves are stocked and accurately priced.

A team-focused, fast-paced environment rewards accuracy, teamwork and timely execution. We welcome applicants with bakery or customer service experience, and who are at least 18 years old.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a bakery or customer service oriented environment preferred.
• Knowledge of bakery products preferred.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Answers questions and recommends bakery items.
• Answers Member calls and takes special orders.
• Proofs and bakes all unfinished bakery goods following product handling information.
• Uses bakery production charts as a guide for production and display needs.
• Gathers products for the next business day and prepares items for display.
