Job summary

Whole Foods Market IP. L.P. is seeking a Bakery Team Member to support receiving and preparing products, stocking shelves, and delivering excellent customer service. You will maintain bakery displays, assist with inventory, and follow health and safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include front-facing shelves, labeling accuracy, and helping with sampling programs, while showing flexibility for opening, mid, and closing shifts. Prior retail experience is not required.

Qualifications

• No formal retail experience required.
• Willingness to learn product knowledge and store procedures.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Ensure fresh, clean, and well-stocked displays.
• Assist with stocking, rotation, and merchandising of bakery products.
• Provide courteous, friendly service and answer customer questions.
• Maintain sanitary and organized working area and follow safety procedures.
• Support opening, closing, and shift duties as assigned.
• Report safety hazards and stock issues to supervisors.
