Responsibilities

Greet all customers and provide them with prompt and courteous service or assistance.
Commit to the 'Golden Rule' and work with other associates to build a strong bakery team.
Achieve the highest associate morale in the industry by working in a style that is Respectful, Supportive and Totally Team Oriented (RSTO).
Assist in receiving and unloading of merchandise; verify vendor invoices and delivery.
Check products for quality, count, and condition; rotate with FIFO.
Assist in ordering and inventory control; handle damaged goods per policy.
Set up and maintain display cases; ensure cleanliness and organization.
Operate mixers, scale products, and prepare items to meet customer specs.
Follow safety, health, and packaging regulations; maintain hygiene and dress code.
