Responsibilities

• Provide continuous attention to customers’ needs at the service counter.
• Commit to the “Golden Rule” and work with other associates to build a strong bakery team.
• Achieve the highest associate morale by working in a Respectful, Supportive and Totally Team Oriented (RSTO) style.
• Greet, assist and thank customers, offering product suggestions.
• Process merchandise according to production guidelines and sanitation standards.
• Prepare and wrap bakery products.
• Stock display cases and rotate ingredients using oldest products first (FIFO).
• Write on cakes/prepare products to customer specifications.
• Receive and unload bakery products and store properly.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards in all duties.
• Operate and clean bakery equipment and tools.
