Job summary

You will slice, package, and price bakery goods, ensure FIFO rotation, and help manage inventory and cleanliness in the bakery area. The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and follow department procedures to meet health regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Previous baking experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide service.
• Slice, package, and price bakery items.
• Rotate stock using FIFO method and maintain freshness.
• Assist in baking and finishing cakes, pastries, and related items.
• Load and operate ovens following recipes and procedures.
• Help build and maintain bakery displays for sales.
