Job summary

The GIANT Company in State College, PA is seeking team members for bakery-related duties across a busy store environment. You will review daily schedules, prepare ingredients, bake goods, package and display items, and maintain clean, safe work areas throughout your shift.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must have valid identification.
• Must complete the company introductory (probationary) period of 60 days.
• Must meet the ergonomic and physical requirements.
• 1 year of work experience or technical training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review the work schedule at the start of the shift, check equipment and supplies, comply with PPE requirements, and prepare for duties.
• Assemble and mix ingredients, place mix on trays, bake goods, and handle ovens.
• Package and wrap baked goods, print labels, label products, clean display cases, and stock fresh goods.
• Clean and sanitize all work surfaces, tools, equipment, display cases, floors and counters.
• Track and record loss.
