Job summary

The GIANT Company is seeking a Store Team Member to support bakery operations in Manchester, PA. You will review the shift schedule, prepare equipment, and ensure PPE compliance while assisting with baking, labeling, and display maintenance.

You will work to maintain cleanliness, safety, and efficiency on the shop floor, contributing to strong customer service and teamwork across the store.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must provide valid identification.
• Able to read, write, and communicate effectively to perform duties and follow policies.
• Must complete 60-day introductory period.
• Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements.
• Must be able to use or learn tools/equipment used for the job.
• Must perform all duties safely and meet performance standards.
• Must maintain regular attendance.
• Must wear proper issued clothes and shoes.
• 1 year of work experience or technical training preferred

Responsibilities

• Review the work schedule at shift start and verify required equipment and supplies.
• Assemble and bake goods, place on trays, bake, and manage display cases.
• Package, label, and wrap baked goods; print labels; clean displays.
• Clean and sanitize all work surfaces, tools, equipment, and floors.
• Track and record loss.
