Job summary

85°C Bakery Cafe in Federal Way, WA is seeking entry-level Associates for back-of-house roles such as Bakers and Cake Decorators, with weekend availability.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, fast-food or retail experience, strong organizational skills, and clear English communication. You must be 18 or older and able to perform physical tasks. ServSafe certification is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or higher.
• Fast food or retail experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Acceptable verbal English communication.
• Excellent work ethic and teamwork concepts.
• Enforce Health Department Regulations and be ServSafe certified.
• Weekend and holiday availability.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Decorate quality 85C baked goods.
• Maintain a clean and healthy work environment.
• Perform daily operations including separating, filling and baking.
• Work with store management to deliver outstanding service.
• Provide sufficient breads and maintain quality to meet 85°C standards.
• Be on time for all scheduled shifts and follow company policies.
• Cross-train in Bread, Cake, POS, Bar departments.
