85°C Bakery Cafe in Federal Way, WA is seeking entry-level Associates for back-of-house roles such as Bakers and Cake Decorators, with weekend availability.

• Provide sufficient breads and maintain quality to meet 85°C standards.
• Be on time for all scheduled shifts and follow company policies.
• Cross-train in Bread, Cake, POS, Bar departments.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Decorate quality 85C Baked goods.
• Maintain a clean and healthy work environment.
• Perform daily operations, including but not limited to: separating, filling and baking.
• Teamwork, follow direction and work together with the store management team to deliver outstanding service.
• Provide sufficient breads and maintaining quality to meet 85°C standard and completing designated tasks perfectly.
• Be on time for all scheduled shifts and adhere to all company policies and guidelines.

Store associates will be expected to cross train in each department including: Bread, Cake, POS, Bar.
