85°C Bakery Cafe is hiring Store Front Associates in Federal Way, WA. The role involves baking bread, decorating cakes, making drinks, and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced setting.

Applicants should have a high school diploma (or higher), prior fast-food/retail experience, strong organizational skills, and reliable English communication. Must be 18+ and available 20 hours per week, including weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or higher.
• Fast food or retail experience is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Acceptable verbal English communication skill.
• Excellent work ethic and teamwork concepts.
• Enforce Health Department Regulations and be ServSafe certified.
• Available to work at least 20 hours a week; weekend and holiday availability strongly preferred.
• MUST BE AT LEAST 18+YEARS OF AGE TO APPLY

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with service beyond expectations.
• Make a memorable connection and ensure guest experiences are the best.
• Work with store management to deliver outstanding service and maintain a positive atmosphere.
• Bake bread, decorate cakes and make drinks as part of duties.
• Be on time for all shifts and adhere to company policies.
• Have fun while working and maintain a positive attitude.
• Cross-train in Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar departments.
