Job summary

85C Bakery Cafe is seeking entry-level Team Members for Fountain Valley, CA. Positions may be Full-Time or Part-Time with weekends required. High School diploma or equivalent is needed, plus ServSafe certification preferred. You will assist in baking, decorating, and maintaining a clean kitchen while following health regulations.

Experience in fast-food or retail is a plus. Strong teamwork and reliability are essential, with a readiness to work flexible shifts and adhere to company policies.

Qualifications

• Enforce Health Department Regulations and be ServSafe certified
• Weekend and holiday availability

Responsibilities

• Decorate quality 85C baked goods
• Maintain a clean and healthy work environment
• Perform daily operations including separating, filling and baking
• Teamwork: follow direction and work with store management to deliver service
• Provide sufficient breads and maintain quality to meet 85°C standard
• Cross-train in Bread, Cake, POS, Bar
• Be on time for all shifts and follow policies
