• Direct, support and supervise all functions, duties and activities for the Bakery department.

• Achieve sales and profit goals established for the department and monitor quality assurance standards.
• Promote trust and respect among associates while communicating department information.
• Collaborate with associates to promote teamwork and achieve store goals.
• Plan, organize and supervise inventory processes and pricing changes.
• Prepare bakery items per customer requests and manage scheduling to handle customer volume.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and proper temperatures for all products.
