Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain creative store layout and product merchandising.
• Work with Team Leader to achieve sales, purchasing, and labor targets.
• Assist Team Leader in analysis of sales, reports and labor.
• Demonstrate advanced product knowledge and stay informed on new products.
• Maintain vendor relationships and ensure paperwork is submitted for processing.
• Lead and develop Team Members, provide performance evaluations, and promote teamwork.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and SOPs.
