Leaders represent the organization professionally and promote respect, inclusion and diversity. You coach, develop and evaluate staff, monitor safety, labor costs and profitability, and communicate across merchandising to align promotions and goals.

Qualifications

• Retail leadership or supervisory experience.
• Customer service and guidance to guests.
