Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1+ year related bakery experience.
• Must be 18+; 21+ to drive per policy.
• Food Handler certification and Manager Food Safety certification required.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop partners; schedule, plan, assign, and direct work.
• Review sales data, ads, promotions, and manage inventory to maintain in-stock levels.
• Maintain sales performance, product quality, and safety standards.
• Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and stocking of bakery items.
• Greet customers and take orders by phone or in person.
• Decorate and merchandise baked goods to promote sales.
• Ensure accurate inventory and related paperwork.
