Responsibilities

• Assist in scheduling, staffing selection, and hiring to meet staffing needs.
• Promote career paths and development within department teams.
• Support disciplinary actions and discharge recommendations.
• Meet or exceed sales, labor and margin goals for the department.
• Ensure food safety compliance and proper pricing of products.
• Supervise and train department team in absence of Dept. Manager.
