Responsibilities

• Perform all functions of a Bakery Manager in their absence.

• Provide products/services meeting customer requirements and company policies.
• Maintain presentation, reduce out-of-stocks, and control labor costs.
• Develop and maintain communication with other departments for marketing plans.
• Direct training to reduce turnover and improve efficiency.
• Manage inventories and track records to calculate gross monthly profit.
• Oversee inventory by tracking weekly reports and ordering materials.
• Willing to work hours needed to complete tasks.
• Work in-store with daily exposure to bakery activities and equipment.
