• Perform all functions of a Bakery Manager in the absence of the manager

• Provide products and services meeting internal and external customer requirements
• Maintain presentation, reduce out-of-stocks, and increase sales and customer satisfaction
• Develop communication with other departments to support marketing plans and financial objectives
• Oversee training to reduce turnover and control labor costs
• Prepare and track inventories to calculate gross monthly profit
• Manage inventories by tracking weekly reports and ordering materials to meet demand
