Job summary

Lunds & Byerlys Northeast Minneapolis is currently hiring a vibrant and outgoing Bakery Supervisor to create a sensational shopping experience for our customers. This position works a full-time schedule and earns a competitive wage of $22.50 - $27.25/hr.

We operate 7 days/week from 6:00am-10:00pm and are looking for someone with availability around 5:30am - 7:00pm Monday - Sunday to cover shifts and lead the team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail or food service.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain Food Safety Certification.

• Greeting and assisting customers with bakery purchases
• Stocking and rotating pastries, confections and other bakery products
• Assisting the manager in coaching, training, mentoring, and leading staff to accomplish department and personal goals
• Maintaining a clean department

BAKERY SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Our Bakery Supervisors are responsible for a wide variety of tasks such as:

• Greeting and assisting customers with bakery purchases
• Stocking and rotating pastries, confections and other bakery products
• Assisting the manager in coaching, training, mentoring, and leading staff to accomplish department and personal goals
• Maintaining a clean department
