• Monitor spoilage and communicate waste to buyers and leads.
• Assist with sampling program and inventory counts.
• Provide courteous service; answer phones and help customers promptly.
• Ensure pricing accuracy and sign readability; support on-floor needs.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation procedures consistently.
• Perform opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned.
