Qualifications

• Customer Focus: Ability to deal tactfully and effectively with guests and all personnel.
• Effective Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly assess and resolve issues in a dynamic and stressful work environment, while supporting team members.
• Safety Awareness: Comprehensive understanding of safety requirements and company safety policies, including proper training on ovens, lifting techniques, trash compactor, baler, mixers, slicing and packaging machinery, and other equipment.
• Retail Expertise: Knowledge of the retail food business and perishable department operations, with the ability to make timely and effective decisions.

Responsibilities

• Follow recipes and production lists to ensure high-quality bakery items.
• Adhere to Health Department guidelines and Festival sanitation practices.
• Provide excellent guest service by assisting customers and addressing concerns.
• Monitor stock levels and service floor needs, especially for early mornings and evenings.
• Maintain food safety logs and ensure all quality standards are met by 10 am and 5 pm daily.
• Work closely with Bakery team to meet department goals and support a positive environment.
