Job summary

Franz Family Bakery in Anchorage is seeking a Shipping Checker to join our fast-paced team. You will read orders, load bakery product trays onto transport racks, and help prepare shipments for dispatch in a high-temperature production environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in production line duties preferred.
• Ability to work in a high-temperature environment.

Responsibilities

• Read orders and load trays of bakery product onto transport racks or pallets as per order.
• Physically shuttle transport racks to designated staging areas for loading into transport trucks.
• Assist in the loading of transport trucks with transport racks.
• Frequent pushing and pulling of transport racks and carts is necessary.
• Frequent bending, stooping, twisting, kneeling, reaching, lifting, carrying is required.
