Jeff's bagel run is bringing fresh bagels and joy to Gainesville this summer. We seek energetic people to join our leadership team in a fast-paced bakery, with full training provided and opportunities to grow with us as we expand our footprint.

A great candidate will be disciplined, fast, and take pride in consistency, delivering high-quality bagels and great customer service every day.

Qualifications

• Customer service is the core of the role.
• Ability to operate a cash register and assist in food prep.
• Teamwork and reliable in a fast-paced bakery setting.
• Flexible on shifts; physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• General customer service is the top priority.
• Run front of house as part of a team or individually.
• Assist in food prep (bagels and cream cheese) and prep work.
• Maintain clean and sanitized work area per procedures.
• Assist bakers and support staff as needed.
• Perform inventory counts and stock checks.
• Ensure safety, organization and equipment cleanliness.
• Shifts may start as early as 4:30am–7:00am and include weekends.
