Job summary
Insomnia Cookies is hiring a Shift Leader for our South Charleston store at 509 King Street, Charleston, SC 29403. You’ll be the captain of our bakery during your shift, delivering top-notch customer service, supervising baking, and leading the Cookie Crew to ensure a smooth, fun night.
On-site interviews are scheduled Wednesday June 21st through Thursday June 22nd from 12pm to 6pm. We offer flexible part-time schedules, paid vacation and sick time, mentorship, and generous employee cookies with
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of customer service experience.
- Point-of-Sale system experience.
- Strong communication and time management.
- Outgoing, friendly, patient demeanor.
- Detail-oriented and results-driven.
- Ability to lead by example.
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Must be 18 years or older.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and quality products.
- Support store leadership during shift operations.
- Prioritize and delegate baking, cashiering, packaging, and cleaning.
- Support and work alongside the Cookie Crew.
- Maintain a safe, clean working environment and safe food handling.
- Manage cash handling and deposits.
