You will lead, coach, and motivate the Cookie Crew while ensuring top-notch customer service, quality products, and safe food handling. The role emphasizes on-site leadership, hands-on baking and production oversight, effective communication, and delivering an engaging guest experience in a fun team setting.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of working in a customer service focused role.
• Point of Sales systems experience.
• Outstanding communication, time management, and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and quality products to guests in our bakeries.
• Support store leadership by maintaining operations during your shift and coaching team members.
• Prioritize and delegate tasks for baking, cashiering, packaging, and cleaning while leading the cookie crew.
• Support and work alongside the Cookie Crew
• Provide a safe, clean working environment and adhere to safe food handling practices
• Manage cash handling and deposits.
