Responsibilities

• Follows established departmental and store policies and procedures.
• Ensures quality and freshness of bakery products and services.
• Maintains appropriate product assortment and inventory for Bakery.
• Confirms pricing accuracy and signage for all products.
• Ensures Bakery is cleaned and sanitized daily to company standards.
• Assists customers with cake and special orders.
• Packages and labels Bakery products accurately.
• Fills shelves and cases with product; restocks as deliveries come in.
• Minimizes waste by following production sheets and rotating items.
• Assists managers, bakers, decorators as needed.
